SHIPPING

AL CENTRO CERÁMICA is a distributor and manufacturer of ceramic pieces for culinary and decorative use. The delivery service is external to AL CENTRO CERÁMICA, so we are not responsible for the delivery times of the company providing the service, as well as the handling of the merchandise during its journey.

The damage or loss of the merchandise is the sole responsibility of the delivery company. AL CENTRO CERÁMICA offers a packaging service for the parts it distributes as well as resistant and suitable packaging for the safety of the product when it is transferred to its destination.

AL CENTRO CERÁMICA is not responsible for following up on the order once it has been delivered and the tolerance period of guarantees (48 hrs) has elapsed.  Once that time as elapsed, AL CENTRO CERAMICA will consider the project completed. 

AL CENTRO CERÁMICA provides the customer with a list of pieces per package (packing list) in whole sale orders to facilitate the counting merchandise. The opening of the packages is the complete responsibility of the client. 

AL CENTRO CERÁMICA is not responsible for monitoring or guaranteeing shipments that are managed on behalf of the client. 

DAMAGE WARRANTY

In order to make the warranty insurance valid, it’s necessary to notify the merchandise of damage prior to 48 hours after receiving the package. Otherwise, AL CENTRO CERÁMICA is not responsible for monitoring this service, merchandise replacement or refund.

We ask you to consider the following:

  • *If the package comes open and has any damage, we ask you to keep the original packaging as it was sent, take photos and report it to our phones or email hola@alcentroceramica.com to follow up.

The time to replace your product will depend on whether there is a product in stock or if it has to be manufactured again. We’ll let you know this information once we have started the insurance validation process with the delivery company.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Wholesale

AL CENTRO CERÁMICA does not have a stock of pieces for wholesale. Everything is made on request with particular characteristics for each client, so changes and returns of merchandise are NOT accepted. We do not make refunds. 

Purchases in AL CENTRO CERÁMICA's online store

The cost of shipping for the return of merchandise is at the customer’s expense. Once we receive the package and confirmed that it has arrived in perfect conditions, AL CENTRO CERÁMICA will make the refund.

REFUNDS: AL CENTRO CERÁMICA will make the refund of the total value of the purchase minus 5.5% corresponding to the commission attributed to the payment gateway used in the online store. 

In any case, if the merchandise arrives damaged at our facilities, AL CENTRO CERÁMICA will deduct 60% of the sale to cover the costs of replacement and/or production of the piece, making a refund of 40% of the purchase to the client.

www.alcentroceramica.com provides the delivery service by prestigious companies with the best national quality, so www.alcentroceramica.com is not responsible for any damage, theft, loss or mismanagement due to the delivery company liability. The delivery companies offer insurance to protect your purchase, this insurance is optional and has to be paid and requested by the customer at the time of payment.

DEFECTS
