We ship to México and U.S. via FedEx, UPS, or DHL.
Online Shop
On your purchase online, the shipping cost is calculated based on the quantity and volume of the piece (s) you choose. This price is visible on your checkout page once you fill your shipping information.
Estimated shipping time is 5-10 business days. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will ship out the following Monday. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package ships.
After the package is marked as delivered by the shipment company, packages become the customer's responsibility. In case of loss or damage please report us within no more than 48 hours after receiving it, otherwise Al Centro Cerámica is not responsible for replacements or refunds. The guarantee is only valid if the product was damaged during the shipping and is in bad conditions. For more information , consult the section of "SHIPPING" in our terms and conditions.
Shipments will be deliver at the address that customer specifies on their purchase order. In case of any error or change, we request notified within a period of no more than 2hrs after the purchase. Otherwise the cost of the new shipment will be in charge of the customer.
All packages are adequately wraped to avoid any damage on their way. The 90% of the packaging is recyclable, we encourage you to separate the materials, so they can have a second cycle of use.

Shipping cost is base on the volume, destination and the commodity value declared (insurance). An approximate is tabulated and when the order is finished, the final quote is delivered to the customer.
All orders are carefully packed to avoid any damage. Depending on the volume of the order, the packaging may be rigid (wood crate or pallet).

Delivery schedules, addresses, specifications and shipping details are treated directly with the customer.
