we’ll work on your quote and we’ll send it to you by email as soon as possible along with a simulation of your next tableware.
the process to follow is the next one:
1- Once you have received the quote and is approved, an order number will be sent to you by mail along with the bank details for the first payment.
2- You must respond with the receipt of payment and your tax information (in case you need an invoice).
3- Once the first payment is received, we’ll start the production of your order.
4- When your order is ready, you will be notified via email and the settlement payment will be requested in order to make your delivery possible.
5- You can collect your tableware in our store (Guadalajara, Jal.) Or it will be sent by parcel (packed and insured) to the address you have provided us.
